Charges will be applied at the time of cancellation or the completion of the trip. <em>Airplanes are not reserved for tentative trips.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Pilot Fees<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The pilot\u2019s time associated with each charter flight will be charged at the applicable rates for each pilot. For overnight trips, pilot service ends at <\/span>6pm<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> and begins at <\/span>7am<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Misc. Charges<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">All landing, hanger, handling fees, or any other expenses necessary in relating to the flight will be billed to the customer.
